1. Anderson Road is slated to be repaved between Birdwood Avenue and Magarity Road. Per the Countywide Bicycle Master Plan, FCDOT proposes to add bike lanes and a Capital Bikeshare station to Anderson Road.

FCDOT studied parking utilization of Anderson Road and found while 48 street parking spaces were well-used between Birdwood Avenue and Colshire Drive the adjacent apartment property has 355 off-street spaces and the property is slated to be redeveloped.
