Arlington is refreshing its 2019 Public Spaces Master Plan (PSMP), an element of the County's Comprehensive Plan that helps guide the future of our public spaces and facilities. Welcome to The Refresh!

Fall 2025 Engagement
Arlington County kicked off the PSMP Refresh engagement in Fall 2025 with an open house, online questionnaire, and multiple pop ups around the County. This was the first of three community engagement periods as part of the PSMP Refresh before the County Board considers and adopts any updates to the PSMP. Statistically Valid Survey
As part of the Refresh effort, the County conducted a statistically valid survey in Winter 2025 to gather feedback from a random sample of Arlington residents. The results helped inform DPR's level of service analysis and will help guide future improvements in the public space system. You can find more information on this effort by clicking the links below.
