Student Pledge

I pledge to wear my helmet tight,
to keep me safe day and night.

I ride where bikes are meant to go,
and follow signs that tell me so.

I stop at lights, I never race,
I keep a steady lawful pace.

I watch for people, cars,
and more for my own safety and all of yours.

I won't ride e-bikes until I am twelve,
that's a rule I'll keep myself.

No passengers until I am eighteen,
because Chula Vista is the safest city I have seen.
