Projects that evolve from the PEL Study may involve operational improvements, additional lanes, and/or Choice Lanes. Choice Lanes are additional lanes that use pricing to manage demand and ensure improved travel times. These lanes typically maintain a minimum speed of around 45 mph during rush hour, even when adjacent lanes are congested. If available, how likely are you to use Choice Lanes to improve connectivity, safety and congestion within these study limits?
