Imagine 2040 Plan

Over the last year, the City of La Crosse and Downtown Mainstreet have been updating the city’s downtown plan, Imagine 2040.  While concepts were shared at the open house (www.imaginedowntownlacrosse.com), the plan represents additional supporting narrative and graphics to communicate the strategies for the future.  Download the publication and learn about the plan’s five major themes, including:

  • A Market for New Development
  • A Network of Strong Neighborhoods
  • A Connected City
  • A Destination for All People
  • A Confluence of Nature
