As part of our strategic plan development, we’ve gathered community input to ensure we continue providing reliable, high-quality service to all residents. Austin Water remains committed to balancing sustainability, emergency preparedness, and affordability, and customer feedback is helping us refine our approach.

Thank you to the thousands of customers who took the survey and signed up for focus groups in May 2025! The tremendous response from customers will help Austin Water create a strategic plan to serve our customers' needs now and into the future. Our staff is analyzing the customer feedback.
