This request would increase the number of units that could be built on the property and increase the allowable height from three to four stories. Zoning conditions limit the total number of residential units to 180 and prohibit balconies on any of the units facing the northern property line, towards Haven Road. 

  • Existing Zoning: R-10

  • Proposed Zoning: RX-4-CU 

  • The proposed zoning is Residential Mixed Use-4 Stories with zoning conditions (RX-4-CU). UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts. Proposed Conditions can be found here.
