This request would continue to allow for a range of uses at a maximum height of 3 stories. Specifically, the request seeks to amend the existing zoning conditions adopted on October 3, 2000. The proposed changes would prohibit the construction of public or private schools, telecommunication towers, outdoor sports or entertainment facilities, vehicle fuel sales, vehicle sales or rental, detention centers, and vehicle repair. Additionally, the proposal would remove all other existing zoning conditions other than the condition referencing future reimbursement for right-of-way dedication.
