October 2, 2025 Update

The construction contracts for the Delaware-Licking County Line Road intersections at Fancher Road and at Center Village/Duncan Plains/Edwards will be advertised by the Delaware County TID in mid-October 2025 with award in December 2025.  Construction is scheduled to start in May 2026 with completion by September 5, 2026.  The Center Village/Duncan Plains roundabout will be first (assuming utility relocation goes on schedule) with a 10-week closure followed by Fancher with a 6-week closure.  Current construction contract estimate is $5.2 million for the overall project.  A revised Master Construction Schedule and Detour Plan is now available for download from the Documents section on the right side of this page.
