The request would rezone approximately 2.66 acres of land from RX-3 w/SPROD to RX-7-UL-CU. The proposal includes conditions limiting the uses allowed on-site; limitations to building height within 35' of Crest Road; establishes a maximum of 260; and establishes regulations related to affordable housing, tenant notice and relocation assistance for existing tenants.
