The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) invites all interested parties to participate in the development of the State's next six-year Capital Transportation Program (CTP) for Fiscal Years 2025-2030 and the Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) for Fiscal Years 2025-2028 for each Delaware Metropolitan Planning Organization, by attending the public meeting. These meetings are jointly sponsored by the Council on Transportation, DelDOT, the Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), the Dover/Kent County MPO, the Salisbury/Wicomico MPO, and Sussex County.
