NOTICE FOR REVISIONS TO EXISTING CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATION

The Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing the following updates.

Revising:

Each year, Section 18 fees are adjusted to reflect the change in the Urban Consumer Price Index for the previous year (2025) per Section 18.21.
