NOTICE FOR REVISIONS TO EXISTING CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATION
The Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing the following updates.
Revising:
- Section 18: Permit and Technical Service Fees
Each year, Section 18 fees are adjusted to reflect the change in the Urban Consumer Price Index for the previous year (2025) per Section 18.21.
You can review the draft regulation below, which will become effective February 12, 2026.
