In 2014, Grand Rapids voters established the Vital Streets fund. This fund dedicates its focus to improving our street conditions. The Garfield Avenue project is funded by Vital Streets. Construction is expected to happen in June 2026.
Garfield Avenue (Butterworth to Fulton)
