Welcome to the virtual public engagement opportunity for the proposed addition of pickleball courts at Mango Park and Recreation Center. Your responses will help Hillsborough County gain insight into the community’s desire for the proposed courts. The virtual public engagement will be open from Nov. 1-15, 2023.

An open house meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2023, at the Mango Recreation Center, 11717 Clay Pit Rd., Seffner, FL 33584.

PROJECT DETAILS

Hillsborough County needs community input on the addition of eight pickleball courts at Mango Park and Recreation Center. The courts will feature LED lighting, sidewalk improvements, and additional seating areas around the courts. The pickleball courts will be open from sunrise to 10 p.m.

 

In addition to the pickleball courts, the County is looking for suggestions on future projects at this park. These projects are not currently funded, but the information will help with future improvements. Such improvement could include, but are not limited to, walking paths, fitness zones, and additional shelters.
