Public Survey

The City is seeking input from individuals with disabilities, patrons, family members, caregivers, organizations, and agencies that support individuals with disabilities, as well as from interested residents with experience in accessibility needs and best practices. Please complete this questionnaire that addresses accessibility. This community involvement will help the City with its self-evaluation process and allow better prioritization of current and future accessibility needs. The City and its consultants have prepared this survey to help collect community perspectives on accessibility to public programs, services, activities, website, and facilities. Examples include, but are not limited to, obtaining a permit, paying a fee, participating in a recreational program, or attending a public meeting.

This survey, offered in English and Spanish, will be open through November 27.  Contact Charlie Szold at c.szold@precisioninfrastructuremgmt.com to request another format, a printed version be mailed to you, or in another language.
