The City has consulted with the University of Delaware Institution for Public Administration to prepare the City's 10-year Comprehensive Plan update.  The Comprehensive Plan is a combination of text and maps that serve as the community's vision related to housing, transportation, economic development, natural environment and land use that will guide growth, development and infrastructure investments in the City for the next ten years.  Information pertaining to Planning Commission meetings, City Council workshops and public engagement opportunities will be posted online.
