Tell us! Is Kettering, Ohio, a racially equitable place?
Hello Neighbor,
Like many communities across the nation, the City of Kettering is taking a closer look at racial equity in our approach to employment, housing, education, access to healthcare, transportation and public safety. Kettering's Board of Community Relations (BCR) is a volunteer group of fellow citizens who are dedicated to creating and maintaining an inclusive community by fostering equal opportunities and respect for all persons. BCR is eager to hear from you!
As one of the first steps in affirming our commitment to equity, fairness and justice, we invite you to respond to this brief survey. Your responses will remain anonymous, and they are important. They will be used to help us learn about areas of concern, explore possibilities for improvement and prioritize our goals, both as a Board and as a community. The survey should take about 5 minutes of your time.
We appreciate your time and honesty.
Sincerely,
Kettering Board of Community Relations
