SDHC Homelessness Programs Feedback

I would like to provide feedback on my experience with the following program:

Moving Home Rapid Rehousing. This program helps pay rent for a limited amount of time for people experiencing homelessness in San Diego. This makes it possible for them to move into housing quickly. The program also provides supportive services to help them maintain their housing. The regional Coordinated Entry System refers people to this program.

Landlord Engagement and Assistance Program (LEAP). This program works with service providers to find housing for the people they serve. The program provides incentives and benefits to landlords with rental homes in the City of San Diego who rent to people experiencing homelessness. Community service providers refer people to this program.

Homelessness Prevention. This is a short-term program that helps with unpaid, past-due rent and move-in costs to prevent people from experiencing homelessness. SDHC’s HOUSING FIRST – SAN DIEGO hotline refers people to this program.

Homelessness Diversion. This is a short-term program that helps people experiencing homelessness who have found a place to rent. The program helps pay move-in costs. SDHC’s HOUSING FIRST – SAN DIEGO hotline refers people to this program.

Housing Instability Prevention Program (HIPP). This program helps pay rent and other housing-related expenses for people in the City of San Diego with low income who are experiencing a housing crisis and are at risk of homelessness. Enrolled households receive assistance for up to 24 months. SDHC’s HOUSING FIRST – SAN DIEGO hotline and 2-1-1 refer people to this program.
