DAQ PUBLIC NOTICE - RULES
WORKSHOP FOR REVISIONS TO EXISTING CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATIONS (AQRs)
The Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing the following updates to the AQRs and scheduling a virtual workshop to discuss and solicit comments from persons interested in the proposed regulation.
Amending:
- Section 122: Reasonably Available Control Technology for Major Stationary Sources in HA 212
The draft regulation will be posted on Thursday, August 13, 2026, on DAQ's website. The workshop is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT.
