Environmental Justice (EJ) is about the involvement and fair treatment of all people, regardless of identity, in relation to policies and laws about the environment. Triangle West TPO's EJ Report is part of the Title VI of Civil Rights Act of 1964 efforts to better understand the impacts of regional transportation policy and environmental justice concerns.
