The Austin City Council has requested Austin Public Health personnel work to apply the City of Austin’s living wage requirements to all future social services solicitations. Resolution 20240814-025 would require all social service programs funded wholly or in part by the City of Austin to pay a living wage of at least $21.63 per hour to all agency staff working on the program.
