This request would amend the existing Crabtree Village Planned Development (TCZ-4-2020) and associated Master Plan (MP-1-12). The amendment would allow the townhouse building type, remove a criteria requiring apartments to be age-targeted, allow site access from another point through an access easement, remove parking requirements, and remove a proposed sidewalk along Homewood Banks Drive.
