Kent County FY25-30 CTP
Every two years, the Department of Transportation develops a 6-year Capital Transportation Program (CTP) that identifies anticipated capital investments. This program is developed in cooperation with the Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), Dover/Kent County Metropolitan Planning Organization, Salisbury-Wicomico Metropolitan Planning Organization, and Sussex County. The program provides information on various DelDOT capital and maintenance programs and on the estimated cost expenditures for the project phasing of a capital project that are anticipated in each specific fiscal year.

Comment on the Banning Street and Clarence Street between Forrest Street and W. North Street Improvements project:
Design and construct new two-lane street connection with sidewalks (between Slaughter Street and Forest Street). Upgrade existing segment to match (between West North Street and Slaughter Street).
Comment on the US 13 at White Oak Road Intersection Improvements project:
Add a two-stage pedestrian crossing system.

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) invites all interested parties to participate in the development of the State's next six-year Capital Transportation Program (CTP) for Fiscal Years 2025-2030 and the Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs) for Fiscal Years 2025-2028 for each Delaware Metropolitan Planning Organization, by attending the public meeting. These meetings are jointly sponsored by the Council on Transportation, DelDOT, the Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), the Dover/Kent County MPO, the Salisbury/Wicomico MPO, and Sussex County.
