This request would allow more neighborhood commercial uses. Proposed zoning conditions would prohibit uses otherwise allowed in the Neighborhood Mixed Use base zoning district, prohibit drive-through or drive-in facilities, and limit residential units to 260 units and commercial uses exceeding no more than 5,000 square feet.
Existing Zoning: OX-3-UG
