BZA-06-26-00991: Variance request to modify the following required setbacks and buffer for a proposed swimming pool and associated deck:

• Reduce the 50‑foot Critical Line setback by 20.5 feet, to 29.5 feet at the closest point; 
• Reduce the 35‑foot Critical Line buffer by 5.5 feet, to 29.5 feet at the closest point; 
• Reduce the 15‑foot interior side setback by 10 feet, to 5 feet for the pool and deck; and
• Reduce the 15‑foot interior side setback by 12 feet, to 3 feet for a proposed elevated equipment stand.
