Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation is undertaking a five-year update of their comprehensive park and recreation master plan. Meck Playbook, the current park and recreation master plan, has had an immense impact on many aspects of operations while other recommendations have not yet been realized. The purpose of this update is to REFLECT on the successes of the last five years, ENGAGE residents to ensure their recreation needs are being met, and ALIGN recommendations over the next five years to meet and exceed the priorities of our county.
