Monroe Street Pool Improvements

The City of Carlsbad’s Monroe Street Pool is 38 years old and needs consistent maintenance to remain operational and in compliance with current health and building codes. While the city makes required upgrades to continue the facility’s existing use, there is an opportunity to also make other enhancements to the pool and the associated buildings. City staff would like your feedback on three different approaches to this project.
