This request would continue to allow for a range of residential uses at a maximum height of 3 stories. Specifically, the request seeks to amend the existing zoning conditions adopted on March 28, 2006. The proposed changes would prohibit the construction of boarding houses, congregate care facilities, continuing care retirement communities, rest homes, public or private schools, daycare centers, golf courses, and outdoor sports facilities. Additionally, the new conditions would prevent apartment buildings from including units separated by a horizontal party wall.

Existing Zoning: R-10-CU

  • The proposed zoning is R-10. For more information on Residential – 10 zoning see UDO Section 2.1.1. Conditions can be found here.
