Elon Park Improvements
Elon Park is an existing 105-acre Mecklenburg County Park located at 11435 Ardrey Kell Road, Charlotte, NC 28277. The park includes Elon Recreation Center, multipurpose fields, a ball field, disc golf course, parking, and restrooms.
This Improvement project will add new pickleball courts. The scope of this project may also include a new parking lot, restroom and lights.

Elon Park Improvements at Elon Recreation Center Fall Festival
Park and Recreation will have information available at Elon Recreation Center's annual fall festival. There will be food trucks, bounce houses and fun! Come join us and learn about the project.
The graphics below show the proposed addition of 8 pickleball courts, a new parking lot and restrooms at Elon Park. Lights are also desired but are dependent on the project budget. The project will be permitted this winter with the hope that it can be bid with construction starting summer 2027. Construction should take between 9-12 months.
