Building Height, Form and Architecture

As you respond, consider the following questions:

• Is the proposed building height appropriate?
• Does the architecture on the southwestern corner appropriately reflect a 'gateway' expression into Ballston? 
• Is the 5-over-2 building form type appropriate (where the upper five levels overhang the lower two on Fairfax Drive and North Wakefield Street)?
• What questions or comments do you have about the facade style, materials, colors, etc? 

Transportation: Site Access and Parking

As you respond, consider the following questions:

• What questions or comments do you have about transportation or site access?
• Is the amount of proposed parking and its type (standard, compact, FLEX) appropriate?

Transportation: Streetscapes

As you respond, consider the following questions:

• Is the proposed streetscape on Fairfax Drive appropriate?
• Is the proposed streetscape on North Wakefield Street appropriate?
• Is the proposed streetscape on the private road appropriate?  

Open Space and Landscaping
