This request would continue to allow residential uses on smaller lot sizes than the current zoning district allows. Apartments would be allowed in the proposed district. A proposed zoning condition would prohibit various uses: Boardinghouse, Schools (public or private K-12), and Outdoor sports or entertainment facility.
