Village of Fairport's Zoning Code Update- Round 2 Outreach
Dear Fairport Community,
Thank you to everyone who participated in the development of the Village of Fairport’s Draft Zoning Code Update. Your input—through meetings, workshops, and surveys—has been invaluable. We received hundreds of comments that shaped a Draft Code designed to meet the evolving needs of our residents, business owners, and visitors for years to come.
We’re pleased to announce that the Draft Zoning Code will be released for public review and comment from July 29 through August 20, 2025. This is your opportunity to review the draft, ask questions, and share feedback.
Your feedback will help shape the final version of the Zoning Code. We look forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely,
Village of Fairport
