This request would increase the maximum building height allowed from 4 stories to 7 stories and continue to allow for a variety of office and employment uses, housing, and limited retail and service uses. Proposed conditions prohibit cemeteries. The Urban Limited Frontage (-UL) would continue to require any new building to be located close to the street and prohibit parking between the building and street.
