Z-26-24: 200 Diversity Way 

This request would allow for a variety of residential housing types and limited retail and service uses. The request would allow for a taller building height and smaller lot and unit size standards, allowing an increase in residential entitlement. Zoning conditions limit entitlement to 100 dwelling units.  

  • Existing Zoning: R-10-CU

  • Proposed Zoning: RX-4-CU 

  • The proposed zoning is Residential Mixed Use, 4 stories, with Conditions. See UDO Section 3.1 for more information on Mixed Use Districts. Proposed conditions can be found here.
