The City of Charlotte is seeking community input for the review and evaluation of the Non-Residential Building Code Ordinance. Suggestions of proposed changes are currently being reviewed by a stakeholders’ group and are shown below. This page provides more information on the process timeline, upcoming community engagement sessions and also includes a public input survey. This survey serves as an opportunity to hear more from the public on proposed changes to the standards of fitness for the enforcement process.
