Great Parks of Hamilton County and ODOT Seek Public Comment
The project is proposed to complete a key remaining river crossing link on the Little Miami Scenic Trail. The project will construct a new trail-only bridge crossing of the Little Miami River just south of the existing Beechmont Avenue bridge, connecting the trail on the east side of the river (near the trail parking area next to the Speedway station on SR 32) to the Armleder and Lunken Connector trail. Both the paved trails and the water trail on the river will be closed during some portions of the construction . Construction is expected to begin in March 2021. The bridge and new trail link are expected to be open to bike and pedestrian traffic by July 2022.
