PUDC-26-7: 2900 Central Avenue - Zone Change
Zone Change request from MR - Medium-density Residential to NR-2 Neighborhood Residential - Medium-density. The proposed use of the land is for a subdivision to create fee simple lots to allow individual ownership of each townhome as Cottage Lot Development. This will go before the Planning Commission and City Council for final approval. Public comment will be taken at those meetings. This is also associated with PUDC-26-8, which is a Plat.
