Joseph Avenue ArtWalk Master Plan
Joseph Avenue ArtWalk Master Plan
The Genesee Transportation Council is providing federal planning funds through the 2023-2024 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) to help the City of Rochester create a Joseph Avenue ArtWalk Master Plan. The goal is to redesign the Joseph Avenue corridor from Clifford Avenue to Norton Street, integrating arts initiatives with placemaking and transportation upgrades. This will improve safety, expand multimodal options, enhance connectivity, and strengthen Joseph Avenue's role as an arts hub.
