Based on resident feedback from recent community engagement events and previous online survey responses, three main design concepts have been developed for a festival street along Avent Ferry Road in downtown Holly Springs.
A festival street could be completely closed to vehicles during special events, turning it into a temporary open-air plaza perfect for special events, markets, and community celebrations.
