Project Description: Construct safety and capacity improvements on the Glenn Highway, Arctic Avenue to Palmer-Fishhook Road. Work may include improvements to the Palmer Fishhook intersection, pedestrian accommodations, and safety features. This effort will include analysis to evaluate safety and capacity on the corridor and will reconstruct approximately 1.75 miles of the existing two-lane rural road from Arctic Ave (Old Glenn/Bogard Rd) to Palmer Fishhook Road to address capacity and safety deficiencies.
