This page catalogues the public questions, comments, and other feedback received during Review & Adoption of the 2023–2026 Community Area Planning process.
Review & Adoption is the final stage in the Community Area Planning process which included public engagement at each phase and resulted in 14 draft Community Area Plans and a Revised Policy Map.
All questions, comments, and other feedback submitted was carefully reviewed by City staff. The following pages include a record of all questions, comments, and other feedback submitted, and is accompanied by a staff response that explains how the feedback was considered, and clarifies technical or policy questions.
The Community Areas Plans will also inform the next level of policy guidance, Specific Plans, which will focus on smaller-scale geographies. These plans will provide more detailed guidance and are geared toward plan and project implementation. Comments received during the Community Area Plan process, including those related to planned or proposed infrastructure projects, will be further reviewed and considered during the development and implementation of future Specific Plans.

To view comments for a specific plan geography, highlight Column B (Plan Area). From the Toolbar, select Data, then choose Create a Filter View. A filter icon will appear in the column header, allowing filters to be applied to show only comments for the selected geography.
