City of Greenville Survey on Police Policies and Perceptions
Greenville City Council recently established a seven-member Citizens Advisory Panel on Public Safety to review the Greenville Police Department’s policies, including use of force, body-worn cameras, K-9, and training policies; review the Greenville Police Department’s minority hiring practices and develop recommendations for improvement; and review the composition, duties and responsibilities of the City’s Public Safety Citizen Review Board.
As part of that effort, the Citizens Advisory Panel on Public Safety has developed a survey to determine how residents view the Greenville Police Department and what suggestions they have for police to better serve the community.
This survey is specific to the City of Greenville Police Department. You can identify city police officers by their specific badge, uniform and squad car. Here are some examples:
