30-Day Public Notice for 
Proposed Clark County Air Quality Regulations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Clark County proposes to adopt an ordinance creating a new section of the Clark County Air Quality Regulations (AQRs) to address control technology guidelines (CTG) Reasonably Achievable Control Technology (RACT) requirements to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions associated with the production of ground level ozone. This rule will establish emissions standards, work practices, emissions control systems, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements, and new registration requirements. The new section will target the following VOC emitting source: Section 106 – VOC Emissions Control for Offset Lithographic, Letterpress, and Flexible Package Printing and Other Graphic Arts Operations.

The Board of County Commissioners will consider the proposed ordinance at a public hearing at 10:00 AM on May 7, 2024 in the Commission Chambers, Clark County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV.

Copies of the proposed ordinances may be reviewed at the Division of Air Quality, 4701 W. Russell Road, second floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89118. Alternatively, the draft ordinances are available for review on the DAQ website.
