  • Dedicate a portion of the site as accessible open space for the public for leisure activities and special events.

  • Provide for City and nonprofit use of the stadium and site for civic-oriented events at no cost. 

  • Make training facilities available for use by local youth sports organizations.

  • Adhere to Better Building Program, City contracting requirements and MBE/WBE programs. 

  • Use local goods, vendors and labor.

  • Provide City with approval rights over architectural documents. 

  • Establish high-quality design standards for the stadium. 

  • Meet AE Green Building and/or LEED ratings expected of City buildings.

  • Zero waste, net zero energy, net positive water facility.

Labor & Wages

  • Require concession and custodial contractors to comply with the labor peace standards established at ABIA.

  • Require PSV to adhere to wage and benefit requirements for employees as established in the City's current Chapter 380 agreement policies. 

  • Ensure hiring helps achieve the goals of the Community Workforce Plan, bringing residents up from below 200% of the federal poverty level. 

  • Establish a set-aside goal for hiring hard-to-employ individuals, including those with criminal backgrounds. 

  • Develop internship/work programs in conjunction with Austin Community College.

Diversity & Inclusion

  • Dedicate set-aside minimum portion of marketing/outreach budgets toward inclusion of Austin's diverse communities. 

  • Deliberately create opportunities for diverse communities to come together on game days and participate in game day ceremonies.
