The project consists of construction of a tilt up wholesale distribution and warehouse buildings with accessory office space for a total of 116,730 square feet of warehouse and approximately 4,996 square feet of office floor area, as well as site preparation of the vacant 7.37-acre site and consolidation of parcels. The project was approved on June 10, 2024.
The project originally consisted of two tilt up wholesale distribution and warehouse buildings with accessory office space for a total of 117,943 square feet of warehouse and approximately 10,000 square feet of office floor area, as well as site preparation of the vacant 7.37-acre site. This design was approved on August 8, 2023, but was subsequently replaced by approval of the redesign on June 10, 2024.
