Ozone Attainment Stakeholder Working Group
On January 12, 2023, we held a public briefing to provide information on our ozone situation in Clark County and the attainment planning process. In that briefing, we identified actions Division of Air Quality is considering to satisfy EPA’s requirements for moderate nonattainment areas.
