PUBLIC NOTICE
WORKSHOP AND 21-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR A NEW PROPOSED CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATION (AQR)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing a new AQR:
- Section 120: Reasonably Available Control Technology Demonstration and Determination Requirements for Major Stationary Sources in Ozone Nonattainment Areas
You can view the draft regulation and leave comments on DAQ's website. Public comment will start Friday, September 6, 2024, and will close Friday, September 27, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. PDT.
DAQ is scheduling a virtual workshop to discuss and solicit comments from persons interested in the proposed regulation.
