Viewmont Park
Viewmont Park is located at 5400 Viewmont Dr. in Charlotte, NC. The existing ~11 acre park includes play equipment and walking trails.
The Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners allocated $7 million to the improvement of existing local parks. Ten parks were selected to receive this funding.
Mecklenburg Park and Rec staff worked work with residents in the community to envision improvements for the park. Currently, the park is in construction and park renovations are anticipated to be complete no later than Summer 2026.
