14-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT FOR PROPOSED REVISIONS TO
AQR SECTIONS 13, 14, 92 AND 94
DAQ is proposing revisions to the Clark County Air Quality Regulations (AQR) that add new requirements for certain sources, revise existing requirements, and add clarifying language.
The following rules are affected:
- Section 13: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants
- Section 14: New Source Performance Standards
- Section 92: Fugitive Dust Control Requirements for Unpaved Parking Lots and Storage Areas
- Section 94: Permitting and Dust Control for Construction and Temporary Commercial Activities and Fugitive Dust Control at Stationary Sources
